ERRRTHANG CHILI CRISP started during COVID, when I found myself spending more time in the kitchen doing what Iāve always lovedācooking and feeding the people I love.
I started making my own chili crisp for family and friends, experimenting with flavors, heat, and that perfect addictive crunch. The more I shared it, the more people wanted it.

So I kept going.
For more than a year, I tested, tasted, tweaked, and perfected my recipe until I created something I was truly proud to put my name behind.
And thatās how ERRRTHANG was born. š¶ļøš„
WHY ERRRTHANG?
Because around here, we literally PUT IT ON ERRRTHANG!
Eggs. Noodles. Rice. Soups. Pasta. Pizza. Seafood. Veggies. Sandwiches. And yesā¦ even ice cream.

What started as something made in my kitchen has grown because of YOU.
